Shine.com is one of India's leading online recruitment platforms connecting job seekers with recruiters. The platform needed to move to a resilient, secure, and automatable architecture capable of supporting national-scale traffic and AI-driven hiring features.

Architecture

Traffic routed through Akamai (edge protection, TLS, WAF), then Amazon CloudFront for content delivery, then ALB in public subnets routing to application compute in private subnets. Multi-tier VPC across multiple Availability Zones. Amazon EKS for containerized workloads, Amazon RDS for MySQL, ElastiCache (Redis), and Amazon S3.
